| As a society, we are
experiencing an extraordinary amount of change brought about
by the communication revolution, which has started in the
early 1980's and continues to unfold at a faster and faster
pace. |
| Managing My Life:
Managing Change is an innovative, user-friendly,
cost-effective self-study program, which helps users embrace
change and adapt positively to changes they are facing in
their lives. The program comprises four modules as follows:

Managing Change with Enthusiasm and Self-Confidence
which leads users to: |

realize the importance of developing and displaying enthusiasm
and self-confidence when facing change. |

Sharpen their
self-perception through the use of a series of introspective
exercises. |

techniques that will help them develop and maintain a higher

Managing Change Through My Win-Win Relationships will
lead users to: |

appreciate why having win-win relationships can be very
helpful in managing change more effectively. |

Adlerian-based personality model, which will help them become
more perceptive of
their needs and
the needs of others. |

Identify key strategies that will help
them develop win-win relationships more effectively. |

Three: Managing Change with a Positive Attitude which

how individuals with positive attitudes manage change more
